The 2008 collection reached a remarkable £29,500., despite the current credit crunch that is upon us.  Many thanks to all the spectators that made a donation on carnival night and to every person that contributes in many other ways.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PURCHASING FROM THE STREET TRADERS.

The money the pedlars receive from you does not contribute to the carnival collection.  We receive very little money from the street traders as a donation.  Each trader that has made a donation will have an  Official Carnival ID badge, issued by Glastonbury Carnival Committee do not be afraid to ask to see it if you do wish to buy from them.

COLLECTORS NEEDED

If you would like to raise money for your charity, local group or organisation by collecting at the carnival or even helping with the final count, or simply help the Committee to raise money by collecting on our behalf. please get in contact with the treasurer to register your interest.
